Due to unplayable field conditions at Bill Beck Field after a recent winter storm, Rhode Island’s scheduled home opener against Sacred Heart on March 3 has been canceled.
The team is set to resume play on March 6 with an away game against Brown in Providence, beginning at 3 p.m.
Tuesday, March 10 will see this former South County area high school star in competition.
