Before acting on the foregoing applications the Richmond Town Council, acting as the Licensing Board, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on November 1, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at which time all remonstrates may be heard.
The public is welcome to any open meeting of the Town Council or its committees.
