Noah Moore (age 24)

Providence, RI

P1-2023-0277A

On January 20, 2023, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Noah Moore with one count of first-degree sexual assault and one count of assault with a device similar to a firearm.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on May 24, 2022. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on February 8, 2023, in Providence County Superior Court.

 

Albert Keese (age 44)

Providence, RI

On January 20, 2023, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Albert Keese with one count of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of breaking and entering, and two counts of simple assault.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on December 3, 2022. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on February 8, 2023, in Providence County Superior Court.

 

Glenn Horton (age 69)

Providence, RI

P1-2023-0277A

On January 20, 2023, the Providence County Grand Jury returned a secret indictment charging Glenn Horton with two counts of first-degree child molestation.

The alleged acts occurred in the town of Smithfield on diverse dates between September 1, 2003 and December 31, 2007. The Smithfield Police Department conducted the investigation.

On January 23, 2023, the secret indictment was unsealed, and the defendant was arraigned in Providence County Superior Court.
