Registration is open for our 2023 EXPO sponsored by Cox Communications, Cox Media and Cox Business!

In addition to the booth itself, with a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, professional signage, pipe and drape set up, and free wi-fi, all exhibitors will be listed on the Chamber website and featured on a dedicated social Facebook or Instagram story.

Retailers: Anyone with a license can sell items at their booth using their own POS. Event set up is available prior to the 4pm start time to all exhibitors. The ballroom is right off of the entrance and on the ground floor. Very easy and accessible for bringing in marketing materials or items for sale!

We will be marketing this event to the community in print, on the radio and on social media as well as in our weekly and monthly e-communications. This Expo welcomes attendees from the community of all ages. This event also offers a cash bar and live DJ entertainment (music and a 360 photo booth!) courtesy of Luke Renchan Entertainment!

Register now to make connections with both residents of Greater Newport as well as nonprofit organizations and local businesses from industries including finance, real estate, media, food and beverage, health and wellness, tech, professional services and more!

Registration closes March 31st or when booths sell out.
